Where jobs get lost
You're on a roof, under a sink or driving between sites. The phone rings out and the caller dials the next contractor on the list.
By the time you call back that evening, they've already set up a visit with someone else.
You sent the number and got busy. Nobody checked in, so the job went to whoever followed up.
How a call goes
Days, nights and weekends. The caller hears your company name and is told up front that they're speaking with an AI assistant and that the call is recorded.
Property type, the work they want, the address, whether they own it, when they want to start, budget, and whether they have plans or permits. One question at a time, in plain language.
It reads your open times, offers two, and books the one they pick. It works around what's already scheduled and leaves travel time between visits.
An email with every answer, plus a short call summary saved on the lead. The customer gets a confirmation with the day and time.
Mark the lead Estimate sent and the customer gets friendly check-ins over the next ten days. They stop the moment the customer replies or you mark the job won or lost.
What you get
You don't learn software or write scripts. I set the whole thing up around how your company already works, and I keep it tuned.
It knows its limits. It never quotes prices, promises dates or gives building advice. Emergencies, upset callers and anyone asking for a person get a message taken and a callback from your office.
Who you'll work with
I run Rooted & Rising Lead Desk from Reno. I set up every system myself, and I'm the person you call when something needs to change.
I work with construction companies across northern Nevada: builders, remodelers and the trades. The demo takes fifteen minutes. You'll hear the AI take a call, watch the visit land on a calendar, and see the notes your estimator would get.

Straight answers
Yes. It says so in the first sentence, along with the fact that the call is recorded. Nobody is tricked, and callers who want a person can leave a message for a callback.
Hear it for yourself on the demo. It speaks in short, natural sentences, waits for people to finish, and reads back phone numbers and times to confirm them.
No. Your existing number forwards to your AI line, either always or only when you don't pick up. That's your choice.
It takes a name, number and message and tells them the office will call back. For emergencies it tells the caller to dial 911 if anyone is in danger, then flags the call for you.
A one-time setup fee and a flat monthly price. I go over the exact numbers on the demo, once I know your call volume and how you run estimates.
Fifteen minutes, on the phone or a video call. If it isn't a fit for how you work, I'll tell you.
Fill in the form and I'll call you to set up a time.
